Profashional Return policy for Trinidad and Tobago

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags must not have been removed. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or whatsapp message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and and the funds will be reimbursed by original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (refunds via online transfer)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Please note that some online transfers especially those between 2 different banks (eg. FCB to Republic Bank) may take some time(5 to 7 business days) before your refund is officially posted. If after this time you still have not receive your refund please contact your bank and then contact us if necessary at 3634962 or profashionalscrubs@gmail.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items in the case of defects or damage. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please reach out to us via email at Profashionalscrubs@gmail.com or contact us on WhatsApp at 1868-474-3591. We'll work with you to arrange the exchange.
If you need to exchange an item due to incorrect sizing, we'll promptly inform you about the availability of alternative sizes in stock. In the event that your desired size is temporarily out of stock, we'll provide you with an estimated restock timeline. You'll have the option to wait for the item to be restocked in your preferred size. If you choose to wait, please ensure that the initial item is returned within 7 days of delivery. Once the item is available again, you'll receive an exchange note to facilitate the exchange process.
Shipping/Delivery
You will be responsible for covering the shipping/delivery costs for returning your item, unless there was an error on our part. Please note that delivery costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, if we are required to collect the item from you, the cost of returning the item will be deducted from your refund amount.
