Profashional Scrubs Delivery & Shipping Policy
At Profashional Scrubs, we offer convenient delivery and shipping options throughout Trinidad & Tobago and internationally. Please review the information below to select the option that best suits your needs.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours.
Please note that processing time is separate from delivery or shipping transit time. Orders requiring payment in advance will be processed once payment has been received and verified.
Trinidad – Profashional Courier Delivery
Customers in eligible areas of Trinidad may select delivery via Profashional Scrubs’ personal courier service.
Delivery fees are calculated based on your delivery location and displayed at checkout.
After your order is placed, our courier will contact you using the telephone number provided at checkout to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.
Depending on your location and courier availability:
Express same-day or next-day delivery may be available.
Customers may request a specific delivery date and/or time, subject to availability.
Cash or LINX payment on delivery is available when the appropriate payment option is selected at checkout.
Please ensure that your telephone number and delivery address are entered correctly so that our courier can coordinate your delivery.
Trinidad & Tobago – TTPOST
We offer tracked TTPOST delivery throughout both Trinidad and Tobago at a flat rate which will be displayed at checkout.
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours and then handed over to TTPOST.
Once dispatched, TTPOST delivery typically takes approximately 3–5 business days, depending on the destination. The estimated total timeframe displayed at checkout may therefore include both Profashional Scrubs’ processing time and TTPOST's transit time.
Once your order has been handed over to TTPOST, you will be provided with a TTPOST tracking reference.
Full payment is required before all TTPOST orders can be processed and dispatched. Cash or LINX payment on delivery is not available for TTPOST orders.
Please note that once a parcel has been handed over to TTPOST, delivery is managed by TTPOST and actual delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside of Profashional Scrubs’ control.
In-Store Pick-up

Pick-up orders are typically processed and ready within 24–48 hours.
Store Hours:
Monday–Saturday
9:30 AM–4:30 PM
Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection. Please provide your name and order number when collecting your order.
Cash or LINX payment in-store is available when the appropriate payment option is selected at checkout.
International Shipping
International shipping options and rates available for your destination will be displayed at checkout.
Depending on the destination, available services may include:
TTPOST International: Delivery times vary by destination and may take approximately 6 to 8 weeks.
FedEx International: Express international delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.
International shipping rates are calculated based on factors such as the destination, selected service and order/package requirements.
Processing time is separate from the carrier's estimated international transit time.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, customers will receive a tracking reference after their order has been dispatched.
Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after your parcel has been accepted.
Profashional Scrubs cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates once an order has been dispatched, as delays may occasionally occur outside of our control.
International Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in Profashional Scrubs’ product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Profashional Scrubs is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or other destination-country import procedures.
Delivery Information & Special Instructions
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number at checkout.
For Profashional Courier deliveries, additional delivery instructions can be entered at checkout where available.
