How do I place an order?

Click on the shopping bag icon at the top right to finalize your order, then select your preferred payment option.
Can I return or exchange my order if it doesn't fit correctly?
- Yes, you can! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't fit correctly, you can return or exchange it within 7 business days as per our return and refund policy. We're here to ensure you find the perfect fit!
What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept Visa credit card payments and online bank transfers to our First Citizens account. Cash on pick-up or delivery is also an option for customers in Trinidad and Tobago and Barbados.

- Both local and International Shipping/Delivery costs vary based on location and will be displayed once your address is inserted.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Local orders are usually processed and delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
- Tobago orders may take up to 5 business days due and are shipped via TTPOST
- International orders typically take 2 to 3 business days to process before shipping and can take up to 4weeks to arrive depending on location.
